A concierge is someone who helps an individual or a company to operate their day to day tasks easily. This can include anything from fixing meetings, taking care of the household, grocery shopping, pet walking and so on. But a residential concierge is someone who helps tenants or owners living in a property such as commercial societies, condos complex or apartments. Along with the above mentioned duties, the overnight duties of a concierge include providing exceptional customer service to the residents. They must deliver the best customer service possible. There are some other luxury services that a concierge needs to do for the residents such as getting tickets for sport events, theatre, and movies and so on. A lot of these services might require networking with outside vendors to deliver the services.
